Article 2.1.11 Severability and Presumption of Validity

Contracts validly formed under this ICT Code shall be presumed enforceable unless expressly excluded by mandatory provisions of this Code. Where a particular contractual clause is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, ICT Courts shall, wherever reasonably possible, sever that clause and enforce the remainder of the contract in a manner that gives effect to the parties’ original commercial intent.
