Article 2.9.4 Debtors

Unless the Court, for cause, orders otherwise, the Debtor shall file: (1) a list of all Creditors; (2) a list of all equity security holders; (3) a schedule of assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures; (4) a statement of financial affairs which contains answers to questions deemed relevant by the Court; and (5) any additional information necessary for the disposition of all Claims.
