Article 3.14 Administration

The Ooperator of an ICT maintains its own security and rescue forces as well as administrative personnel (collectively: "Administration") to ensure the safety of all residents and compliance with the legal order within the ICT. This includes supporting the enforcement of decisions made by dispute resolution bodies.
