Article 5.4 Country-Specific Carve-Outs and Amendments

(a) General Rule:
Any modification, restriction, or exclusion of ICT Code provisions for a specific ICT jurisdiction shall be clearly listed in this Article 5.4 or in a separate Part 5 Annex.

The following modification, restriction, or exclusions to the ICT Code shall apply to the ICT:
