Article 6.8 Service and Deemed Service of Charge and Summons

(a) (1) The person filing the charge and summons must use reasonable endeavours to serve the charge and summons on the accused.

(b) (2) If the charge and summons cannot be served personally on an accused, the court may order substituted service.

1. (3) The registry must on request give a copy of the charge and summons to the accused.
