Article 2.7.6 Digital Infrastructure and Registry

(i) All licencing, optional compliance, and sectoral oversight shall be administered via the ICT City App, the Companies Register or similar interoperable digital interface designated by the Operator or the Companies Registrar.

(a) An “ICT Licence Register” shall be established and maintained by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) to record licenced professionals, recognised credentials, accredited regulatory bodies, and professional conduct records where applicable.

(i) The Operator may provide APIs, smart templates, identity verification tools, and compliance automation features to support seamless integration and reduce administrative burden.

(ii) Digital identity systems (including blockchain-anchored identities or other digitally verifiable credential mechanisms) may be linked to registration, licence renewal, or public reputation scoring, subject to confidentiality, data protection and procedural safeguards.
