Article 2.7.5 Legal Recourse and Oversight

(a) Persons or entities subject to denial, suspension, or revocation of a licence or accreditation under this Chapter may appeal such decision to the ICT Court, following the Ombudsman process set out in Part 4.

(i) The Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) shall provide written reasons for any such adverse determination and ensure the right to respond, rectify, or be heard in accordance with procedural fairness.

(ii) A digital complaint mechanism may be established by the Operator or the Companies Registrar or recognised professional bodies (as applicable) for early resolution of alleged misconduct or public grievances.
