Article 2.7.8 Regulatory Sandbox and Provisional Licences

(i) The Operator may establish a regulatory sandbox framework to enable temporary, conditional, or experimental operation by professionals or enterprises using novel models or technologies, subject to risk-based safeguards.

(ii) Provisional licences may be issued to operators with emerging credentials or pending mutual recognition, provided sufficient safeguards (e.g., local oversight, insurance, or training) are in place.

(iii) Such licences shall be time-bound, renewable, and subject to review by the Operator or a body designated by it based on performance and public impact.
