Article 2.9.12 Bad Faith

(a) Perjury: Any Petition by Debtors or Creditors shall be done under the pains or penalties or perjury.

(b) Fraudulent Conveyance: Any transfer by a Debtor intended to prevent, hinder, or delay the collection of a debt, is voidable by the Court. Such intent may be demonstrated by circumstantial evidence acceptable to the Court.

(c) Fines and other remedies: A Court may impose a fine in addition to any other equitable remedy for malicious, fraudulent, vexatious, or negligent acts arising under this Chapter 2.9.
