Article 2.9.13 Inequitable Transfer

(a) Partnership Creditor Payments: A Creditor of a partnership Debtor who receives payment or property from a non-Debtor general partner for an allowed Unsecured Claim shall not receive further distributions from the Bankruptcy Estate until other Creditors with equal priority Claims receive equivalent value.

(b) Unenforceable Waivers: Waivers of exemptions or powers to avoid transfers, exempt property, recover property, or preserve transfers, executed in favour of a Creditor with an Unsecured Claim, are unenforceable in any Case with respect to exemptible property.
