Article 2.9.6 Notice

(a) Notice Requirement: Appropriate notice of an order for relief under this Chapter 2.9 shall be provided to all relevant parties.

(b) Penalties for Stay Violations: No monetary penalty for violating an automatic stay or failing to comply with turnover provisions may be imposed on a Creditor unless the violation occurs after the Creditor receives effective notice under Chapter 2.9.
