Article 2.9.8 Priority of Claims
A priority Claim shall be fully satisfied before any lower priority Claim may be paid from the Bankruptcy Estate. Should the Bankruptcy Estate be unable to fully satisfy Claims of the same priority, they are to be paid pro-rata. All Claims, when allowed by the Court, have the following priority and are paid in this order:
(i) Secured Claims as provided in Article 2.9.3(c);
(ii) Domestic support obligations;
(iii) Administrative expenses;
(iv) Governmental taxes and penalties with time limits;
(v) All other Unsecured Claims.
