Article 3.28 Protection of Private Rights

City Security are responsible for protecting private rights only upon the request of the entitled party and only if judicial protection cannot be obtained in time and if, without City Security assistance, there is a risk that the realization of the right would be thwarted or significantly impaired.

If private event organizers request City Security for an event, the costs incurred by City Security may be charged to the organizer.
