Article 3.4 Non-Interference in Host Country Affairs
The general freedom of action, freedom of assembly, and freedom of expression are restricted insofar as the principle of non-interference in the affairs of the Host Country applies within the ICT, as long as the Host Country does not act unlawfully or in breach of contract against the ICT. Public demonstrations and public criticism or support of specific political positions or parties of the Host Country are not permitted within the ICT.
