Article 3.3 Limits

(a) (1) The general freedom of action and fundamental rights are limited by the rights of others and in cases where actions endanger the continued existence of the ICT. In such cases, the Administration may prohibit the respective activities, and such prohibitions are subject to legal review.

(b) (2) The Administration may limit the rights of minors and the right to provide goods and services to minors in order to protect their health and wellbeing.
