Article 3.40 Special Provisions on the Deployment of Undercover Investigators

(a) (1) To conceal the true identity of an undercover investigator, relevant documents may be created, altered, or used as necessary.

(b) (2) An undercover investigator may participate in legal transactions while concealing their true identity and, with the consent of the authorised person, enter their residence while concealing their true identity.
