Article 3.43 Resident Access to Information and Review Rights

Residents subject to City Security action shall have the right to:

(i) Request a copy of the digital incident report related to their case;

(ii) Submit rebuttal evidence to the Operator or Ombudsman;

(iii) Request an internal review within fourteen (14) calendar days of any enforcement incident.
