Article 3.45 Administrative Offenses

(a) (1) For minor violations of the legal order, the ICT Aadministration may issue administrative offence regulations with fines, which shall be published and are subject to judicial review.

(b) (2) An administrative offence is committed by anyone who intentionally or negligently violates an administrative offence regulation.

(c) (3) An administrative offence may only be penalized with a fine.
