Article 3.57 Professions

(a) (1) Professional practice is permitted without authorization or notification.

(b) (2) The Administration is entitled to set up a catalog of qualified professions requiring special authorization due to their special skills and/or education, such as doctors, auditors, lawyers, pilots, and other technical experts.
