Article 3.56 Import and Export

(a) (1) All goods may be imported and exported without further authorization requirements, and no customs duties are levied.

(b) (2) The Administration may request authorization or notification for the import and/or export of certain goods, which are deemed hazardous, forbidden or restricted by international agreements or by regulations of the Host Country.
