Article 3.59 Intellectual Property & Competition Rights

(a) (1) So-called intellectual property is not protected in the ICT. Everyone has the right to use the inventions and ideas of others for their own purposes.

(b) (2) It is prohibited to pass off the works of others as one’s own or to appear in business under third-party trademarks or company names. (Sanction? Crime?)
