Article 3.60 Financial Transactions

(a) (1) Banking and the use of any currency including crypto for payment is free. There is no legal tender.

(b) (2) Businesses that offer banking or financial services, which might endanger the connection of the ICT to the international payment systems, are subject to prior approval of the Administration. In case of doubt, the Administration shall be requested.
