Article 3.67 Minimum Subsistence

Only after all the aforementioned measures have been exhausted may the person concerned apply to the Aadministration to secure their minimum subsistence. The provision of funds may be subject to conditions that facilitate the person’s return to gainful employment or other forms of self-support.
