Article 3.68 Education

(a) (1) There is no compulsory schooling. The education and training of minors is the responsibility of the parents. Parents are free to choose the type of school. Home schooling is also permitted.

(b) (2) The Administration is entitled to verify reading, writing, and arithmetic skills as well as other knowledge for certain age groups.
