Article 3.7 Digital Privacy and Data Protection

(a) (1) The Administration respects the digital privacy of the residents and will not distribute the collected data to any third party.

(b) (2) Data surveillance is only allowed in cases of suspicion of criminal activity with a respective warrant of an ICT criminal court.

(c) (3) The Administration is protecting all collected data against unathourized access. It remains the responsabilty of each resident to be cautious and protect their own data when participating in online activities.
