Article 4.15 Small Claims Tribunal
(a) (1) The Small Claims Tribunal established under Article 4.10(3)(d) shall form part of the Court of First Instance.
(b) (2) The monetary and subject-matter jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal shall be determined by Directive issued by the Chief Justice.
(c) (3) Parties may agree to submit a dispute to the Small Claims Tribunal irrespective of the monetary threshold.
(d) (4) Proceedings before the Small Claims Tribunal shall be conducted by a single judge in an expedited and simplified manner as prescribed by Directive.
(e) (5) Decisions of the Small Claims Tribunal shall be final and shall not be subject to appeal except on grounds of serious procedural irregularity, and only with leave of the Court of Appeal.
