Article 4.19 Insolvency and Restructuring Jurisdiction

(a) (1) The IC Court shall exercise jurisdiction over insolvency and restructuring matters within the scope of this Code, in line with the provisions set out in Part X Chapter X of this Code. It shall do so via its Civil Bench.
