Article 4.20 Curial Jurisdiction
(a) (1) The IC Court shall act as the curial court for mediation and arbitration conducted under Chapter 3.
(b) (2) The IC Court shall exercise curial jurisdiction in a restrained and supportive manner, intervening only where necessary to grant interim measures, appoint or remove arbitrators, determine challenges, or recognise and enforce settlements or awards.
(c) (3) Review of settlements or awards shall be limited to fundamental procedural defects, manifest excess of authority, or narrowly construed public policy grounds.
