Article 4.30 Harmonisation and Systemic Coherence

(a) (1) This Chapter shall be read and applied consistently with Chapter 2 of Part 4 (Disputes Involving the Operator), and together they shall constitute a coherent and comprehensive dispute resolution framework for the ICT.

(b) (2) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as creating treaty-like effects or as derogating from the constitutional framework of the Host Country.
