Article 4.32 Mediation

(a) (1) Parties are expected, in good faith, to consider mediation as an initial or parallel means of resolving disputes falling within this Chapter.

(b) (2) Mediation may be conducted through institutions recognised within the ICT or through any other mediation body agreed by the parties.

(c) (3) The ICT shall promote mediation frameworks aligned with the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation (Singapore Mediation Convention).

(d) (4) The IC Court shall support the recognition and enforcement of mediated settlement agreements to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
