Article 4.33 Arbitration
(a) (1) Arbitration is recognised as a central and fully supported dispute resolution mechanism within the ICT.
(b) (2) Parties are free to agree on the arbitral institution, seat, applicable rules, and language of arbitration.
(c) (3) Arbitration under this Chapter shall be interpreted and applied consistently with the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (New York Convention).
(d) (4) The IC Court shall recognise and enforce arbitral awards subject only to narrowly construed grounds reflecting international best practice in support of arbitration.
