Article 4.44 Appeals and Review

(a) Appeals against any conviction, sentence, judgment, order, or decision of the ICT Court shall lie in accordance with this ICT Code, the applicable procedural framework, the ICT Establishment Law, applicable Host Country legislation, and Part 5.
(b) Any further appeal, supervisory review, or constitutional review shall lie only where expressly permitted by the Constitution or applicable law of the Host Country.
(c) Provision may be made for post-conviction review or corrective mechanisms in exceptional circumstances, consistent with the interests of justice.
(1) Appeals against conviction or sentence shall lie to the appellate level of the IC Court in accordance with the Criminal Procedural Framework.

(2) Any further appeal shall lie only where expressly permitted by the Constitution of the Host Country.

(3) Provision may be made for post-conviction review or corrective mechanisms in exceptional circumstances, consistent with the interests of justice.
