Article 4.50 Judicial Comity

In exercising jurisdiction under this Part, the ICT Court shall act with appropriate judicial comity toward Host Country courts, prosecutorial authorities, regulatory bodies, and, where relevant, foreign courts, consistent with legal certainty, due process, Part 5, and the orderly administration of justice.(2) In exercising jurisdiction under this Part, the IC Court shall act with appropriate judicial comity toward other courts and prosecutorial authorities of the Host Country and, where relevant, foreign courts, consistent with international best practice.
