Article 6.11 Guilty Pleas

(a) (1) An accused may plead guilty by written notice given by the accused to the court and the prosecutor given at any time before the court makes a finding of guilt following a trial.

(b) (2) A plea of guilty may be set aside and replaced by a plea of not guilty only with the order of the court made before sentence.

(c) (3) If an accused pleads guilty the court may sentence the accused under Article Error: Reference source not found.
