Article 6.12 Issues Dealt with Before Trial
(a) 6.12.1 The court may at any time before the trial starts:
(A) determine any question of law or procedure, give any direction, or do any other thing that is necessary or convenient in order to facilitate the preparation for or the conduct of the trial, or that it otherwise considers desirable;
(B) determine any question of fact;
(C) if it is satisfied as a matter of law that the accused has no case to answer on a charge, find the accused not guilty;
(D) exercise any power that may be exercised by the court under this Code or another ICT law.
