Article 6.33 Habeas Corpus

(a) 6.33.1 The courts of the ICT have the jurisdiction to receive and determine applications to review the unlawful detention or imprisonment of an individual, and to compel the individual's custodian to bring the prisoner to court, to determine whether their detention is lawful.
