Article 6.6 Jurisdiction

(a) (1) The court and the appeal court have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine prosecution of offences to which this Code applies and appeals.

(b) (2) The court has authority to cause to be brought before it any person who is accused of an offence committed within the ICT, or which according to law may be dealt with as if it had been committed within the ICT, and to deal with the accused according to its jurisdiction and this Code.

  1. (3) Criminal matters, or categories of criminal matters, that are expressly reserved by Host Country law to the jurisdiction of courts outside the ICT shall remain subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.
