BEC Operator (BEC SPV) and BEC Resident: a natural person applying for and granted residency in BEC under the Agreement, at least 18 years old and with sound legal capacity.

Note: This reflects the standard Residency Agreement terms across all ICTs. There are separate contractual arrangements for corporate entities and digital/electronic residency arrangements structured based on the same legal principles of freedom of contract and entry into residency within BEC on a “voluntary basis.”
