A binding private law contract forming part of the broader legal infrastructure under the Establishment Law. This Agreement relates to physical residency of natural persons. Other forms of “digital residency” shall be possible.
Attaches the “BEC Code” which is essentially the “Terms and Conditions” of living within BEC. As explained in the ICT Code summary (see further below from page 8), the “BEC Code” is the standard ICT Code (i.e., standardised across all International Cities by Tipolis) plus any country-specific modifications incorporated in Part 5 of the ICT Code.
Establishes rights and obligations between Resident and Operator in BEC.
