Obligations of the Resident

• Maintain accommodation in BEC and demonstrate economic self-sufficiency at point of application.
• Comply with applicable laws, BEC Code (i.e., Terms and Conditions) and duties under the Residency Agreement.
• Optional access to Additional Services and e-Government Services.
