Article 1.4 Acceptance and Binding Effect

Acceptance of all aspects of this ICT Code shall be deemed to occur, and shall be legally binding, upon any person who:

1. enters into a Residency Agreement or equivalent contract with the International CityOperator or any authorised body thereof;
2. establishes, operates, or participates in any legal entity or economic activity within the ICT; or
3. enters, resides in, or otherwise conducts activities within the ICT, whether temporarily or permanently.
