Article 2.7.2 General Licensing Framework
(i) Professionals and enterprises are generally free to operate within the ICT based on reputable international qualifications or credentials.
(ii) Licencing is not mandatory in most sectors unless expressly required under this ICT Code or by ICT Court decision.
(iii) The Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) may issue supplementary sectoral guidelines and maintain an official register of recognised licences, certifications, or regulatory bodies known as the “Licence Register” or equivalent.
(iv) Reserved Activities may only be undertaken by persons or entities who hold a valid ICT licence or recognised equivalent where expressly designated by the Operator.
(v) No activity shall be treated as a Reserved Activity unless expressly designated as such in this ICT Code or supplementary guidelines of the Operator.
