Article 2.7.3 Optional Sector-Specific Regulation

(i) Specific licencing guidelines may be established by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) for sensitive or high-risk sectors, including but not limited to healthcare, education, finance, childcare, construction, hazardous substances, and other regulated domains. These may be designated as “Reserved Activity” areas.

(a) Sector-specific frameworks may incorporate continuing professional development (“CPD”), ethical standards, digital inspections, and other compliance measures.

(i) Optional regulatory or accreditation bodies, whether local or international, may apply for formal recognition by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) to oversee defined sectors within the ICT.

(ii) Recognised bodies may be authorised by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) to operate digital oversight systems, issue verified credentials, and maintain peer-based compliance registers.
