Article 2.7.4 Mutual Recognition and Accreditation
(i) Foreign qualifications or licences may be recognised by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable), provided they align with international best practices, professional integrity, ICT values and provisions of this ICT Code, particularly this Chapter 2.7.
(ii) Mutual recognition agreements or formal equivalency rulings may be issued by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) to facilitate skilled labour mobility and digital service provision.
(iii) Tailored compliance pathways may be developed by the Operator or the Companies Registrar (as applicable) for international service providers, technology platforms, and start-ups seeking to operate in the ICT.
(iv) A person operating under a recognised international credential in good faith shall not be penalised for inadvertent non-compliance with a subsequently clarified requirement, provided no material harm resulted.
