Article 3.10 Operator

(a) (1) The Operator of an ICT is Tipolis Pte Ltd or a company appointed by Tipolis. It operates and governs the ICT on behalf of the Host Country.

(b) (2) The Operator of an ICT shall exercise executive and administrative functions in accordance with its competencies and obligations under the ICT Establishment Laws, ICT Contractual Arrangements, this ICT Code, and all binding contractual instruments, including Residency Agreements.

(c) (2) The Operator may delegate specific functions to third parties or digitally restructure, outsource, or automate discrete workflows and administrative functions using secure and transparent governance infrastructure. Delegation shall not be construed to discharge the Operator of its ultimate responsibility or accountability under the ICT governance framework.
