Article 3.9 Institutional Architecture

(a) (1) The ICT’s governance architecture includes the Operator, independent dispute resolution bodies (such as the ICT Courts, ADR tribunals and a non-binding Ombudsman process), and any registrars, commissions, panels, or agencies designated by the Operator pursuant to this ICT Code or the Establishment Law.

(b) (2) The ICT shall have separate legal personality and may enter into contracts, acquire rights, hold assets, incur obligations, and sue or be sued in its own name, represented by the Operator.
