Article 3.30 Measures Against the Causer

(a) (1) If security or order is threatened or disrupted by a person’s behaviour, City Security shall take measures against the individual who caused the threat or disruption.

(b) (2) If the threat or disruption is caused by a person who has not yet reached the age of 16, City Security may also take measures against the person responsible for their care. If a guardian is appointed for a person, City Security may also take measures against the guardian within the scope of their responsibilities.

(c) (3) If the threat or disruption is caused by a person acting on behalf of another, City Security may also take measures against that other person.

(d) (4) If security or order is threatened or disrupted by the condition of an object, City Security shall take measures against the owner or the person exercising actual control over the object.
