Article 3.46 Enforcement

(a) (1) The enforcement of criminal judgments is carried out by a special enforcement authority of the ICT.

(b) (2) The enforcement of private judgments or arbitration awards is carried out by private bailwherefs, who may request support from security forces if needed, with costs charged to the responsible party.
