Article 3.55 Waste Management

The Administration can require from landowners of inhabitated properties to demonstrate the existence of a waste disposal mechanism, either through a contract with a garbage collector or any other waste managment system, which is neutralizing the garbage in a way not harmful or harassing to the environment.
