Article 4.6 Choice of Forum and Alternative Dispute Resolution

(a) (1) Subject to mandatory provisions of this Code or other applicable law, parties shall be free to agree on the forum and method for resolving disputes, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other recognised forms of alternative dispute resolution.

(b) (2) The ICT shall promote the use of efficient, proportionate, and specialised dispute resolution mechanisms.

(c) (3) Any authorities as well as the Operator shall, to the extent permitted by law, honour valid agreements to arbitrate or otherwise resolve disputes through agreed alternative mechanisms.
